Buzz is the magazine of the Highgate Society. Published quarterly and delivered free to our members, it includes news of environmental and planning issues, local events and local history, as well as articles of general interest. The advertising, which is primarily local, informs members about shops and services they can find close to home.

We are all volunteers on Buzz. We welcome writers, editors, nascent reporters, photographers, illustrators, designers, ad team helpers, computer adepts – and anyone with a sound idea for helping to make Buzz better. Contributors retain copyright in their articles and images, and the advertising revenue pays for the printing. Any profits help fund Highgate Society activities; we donate any surplus to local charities.

Working on Buzz is fun – just ask anyone who has worked with us. If you would like to do so, please contact the editor, Tamar Karet, at tamar(dot)karet@btinternet(dot)com or the advertising manager, Tessa Henghes, at highgatebuzz@gmail(dot)com.
